Common Queries

How to order a box?

  1. Fill out and submit the Order Form.
    ​

  2. We'll verify your details, check the shipping fee, then send you the payment request with details on how you can settle your balance via email.
     

  3. Settle your payment and send us a screenshot/photo as proof. We accept payment via GCash, BDO, and PayPal.

 

 

SHIPPING INFO

  • Shipping is shouldered by the buyer

    • Same-day delivery:

      • MrSpeedy, Lalamove, Angkas, GrabExpress

    • Standard delivery

      • Fastrack

      • Orders made on Fri-Sun will be shipped on Monday.

      • Orders made on Mon-Thu will be shipped on Friday.

What's inside my box?

  • As of August 2020, we launched the Luna Box, which contains:

⭐ 1 pajama set
🌙 1 hair scrunchie
⭐ 1 headband
🌙 1 nail stickers set (free)
 

  • Scrunchies, headbands, and nail stickers' design are random.

What are the policies
for my order?

  • All items are inspected before being placed into the boxes.
     

  • Moon Drip is not liable for any damage caused by the courier during shipping.
     

  • To prevent said damage, we recommend and encourage booking a same day delivery service, available in Metro Manila only.
     

  • No return, no exchange, no refund.
     

  • Submission of order form means you agree to Moon Drip's terms, conditions, policies.​​
